For the consideration of all Post members and staff, the Post will be CLOSED on Sunday, April 20th so everyone can enjoy the Easter holiday. We look forward to seeing everyone next week- Thank you for your continued support.

POST MEETING

The next Post meeting will be on Monday, May 12th at 7:30PM. All Post members are also welcome to attend the Home Association meeting at 6:30PM the same evening.

Auxiliary Family Fun Fest

Everyone is welcome to join us on May 10th/12 Noon til 5PM/Rain or Shine at the Post Pavilion for food trucks, bounce house, games/prizes, dunk tank, cotton candy, face painting and more fun for ALL ages....

Remember Everyone Deployed

Remember Everyone Deployed (RED)....Support our courageous, deployed troops by wearing RED on Fridays~ until they ALL come home....

Bar BINGO

Join us for Bar BINGO and Wings on Mondays! Everyone will receive 1 FREE BINGO card. BINGO calling starts at 5:30PM and continues for 10 games. It is FREE to play and all winners receive a prize. For dinner, there is a Bone-in Wing Special from 4-7PM only. Good Finger-Lickin' Luck!

Weekend Operating Hours

Until further notice, the Post will Close on Sundays at 6PM. The Kitchen will close at 5PM with last call for food at 4:30PM. Last call for beverages will be at 5:30PM. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Upcoming Bands

Grab your 2-step partner and dance the night away to classic country tunes from Stone Country on Saturday, May 17th from 7-11PM. Tickets will cost $10 at the door. These events are open to the public so gather your neighbors and friends~

Community Breakfast

Treat Mom to breakfast and join us for a Community All You Can Eat Breakfast Buffet on Mother's day, Sunday, May 11th from 7-10AM. Cost is $8 for Adults and $3 for children ages 4-9; children 3 and under are FREE. Food selections include eggs, pancakes, sausage, potatoes, sausage gravy, biscuits and more. This event is Open to the Public and any Mother accompanied by her children eats FREE!

Chicken BBQ

We're ready to fire up the grills again in April! The 2025 BBQ dates are April 26, May 17, June 21, July 19, August 23, and September 20. Season tickets are available now for $54. Prepaid tickets are $10 each. Dinners the day of the bbq are $11. Mark your calendars now to pick up your Chicken BBQ at our drive-thru...

Trivia Night

Join us Wednesday, April 23rd @ 6:30pm for the next round of fun and questions! There is no entry fee and the winning prize is $35! This month, the theme is related to aspects of a Bar so come out and test your knowledge-who knows, an answer may be sitting right in front of you....

Horseshoe Tournament

Ringer!....Join us for the season opener Horseshoe Tournament on Saturday, April 26th. Registration begins at 12noon with a $10 entry fee. The season runs April thru September and players of all skill levels are welcomed....come join the fun!

Spring Meat Raffle Winner

Get ready for Grilling Season with our Spring Meat Raffle. The prize is $500 credit at Sechrist Meats in Dallastown or $400 cash. The winning number pulled on April 15th was "720". If you have ticket number "720", see the Post management to claim your prize!

Firearm Raffle

Check your monthly firearm raffle tickets - the winning number pulled on April 1st is....445..... Contact the Post at 717-246-1446 to claim your prize! Tickets are available now for next month's raffle- - Good luck!

Pit Beef BBQ

Save the Date-Ray's Pit Beef BBQ will be set up monthly in the Post overflow parking lot. Stop by on Saturday, May 10th, BBQ will be served from 11am until sold out. Proceeds benefit our local Post and Wounded Warriors...

Local Food Pantry

Grace Lutheran Church will be taking registrations for food distributions soon. Registration is May 29th (9AM-4PM) with the food being distributed on June 10th (8:30AM-12Noon). Please bring your own boxes or bins. Clothing, toys and household items will be available in the social room downstairs. If you need food before the next distribution, call 717-244-5987 EXT 4 and leave a message.

Military Food Share

A military food share is now available locally at the Church of the Open Door on East Market St, York. Distribution is the 4th Tuesday of every month. Proof of military service is required, such as a Military ID or VA Medical Card. Volunteers are welcomed also~ Serving those who have served for us!

As yesterday's defenders of freedom, we want to welcome today's military service members into our ranks to become part of our elite group.  Our common bond is the battlefield, whether it is service in WWII, Korea, Vietnam, the Persian Gulf, Kosovo, the war on terrorism or peace-keeping expeditionary campaigns. Your courage and sacrifice have made a difference in preserving and defending world peace.

IN-COUNTRY

A satirical reflection by Author/Artist Phil Fehrenbacher

Phil enlisted in the Army in 1965 where you served for years in Vietnam.  He became a graphic designer and has worked for the state of Oregon for 26 years.  He retired in 2003 and started the Cartoon "In-Country".  The cartoons reflect his experiences during his tour of duty in South Vietnam.


There is a new cartoon everyday.
